KIDS PARTY PLANNING & COORDINATION

STANDARD PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Initial planning consultation (30 min call)
Virtual venue overview (On-site visit fees apply)
Vendor sourcing + coordination
Help with party theme + color palette
Party Plan Packet: Design Moodboard Mockup, Day-of Itinerary, To Do List
Basic event expense tracking
Final planning call (1-2 wks prior to party)
up to 4 hours of "Day-of" event setup
1st hour of party "Day-of" coordination (option to add-on additional time at $100/hr.)
Scheduled check-in calls
Unlimited email communication

Recommended
-For parties up to 50 guests
-Minimum Party Budgets starting at $5K
-Venue must be previously secured by client (Venue Sourcing not provided)

This package does not include "party rentals," billed separately.

Planner Fee Starts: $1,800 + Travel

Travel Min. Base Rate: $100
